Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Just A Little IT (“we”, “us”, “our”)provides IT support, consulting, managed services, and project work as agreedwith the client. Services may include remote and on-site support, monitoring,backups, antivirus management, security services, and related IT tasks.

2. Service Hours

Normal hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday toFriday. Work performed outside these hours will be considered after-hours andcharged at 250% of the standard hourly rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.Emergency support is offered subject to availability.

3. Fees & Payment

Hourly support is charged at $160/hr (1hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments). Managed service plans(Starter, Growth, Business Care) are billed monthly in advance. Project feesare quoted separately in writing. Payment terms are strictly 14 days frominvoice. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month and/or suspension ofservices.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide necessary access,information, and cooperation to enable service delivery. The client isresponsible for maintaining suitable hardware, licensed software, and internetconnections. The client must ensure that staff follow IT security bestpractices, including password protection and data handling policies.

5. Liability & Risk

While we take reasonable care in deliveringour services, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequentialloss, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. The clientremains responsible for data protection and business continuity unless amanaged backup or disaster recovery plan with Just A Little IT is in place.

6. Warranties

We do not warrant that services will beerror-free or uninterrupted. All third-party software, hardware, and servicesare subject to the vendor’s own warranties and terms.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We will keep client data and informationconfidential and secure at all times. We comply with the Australian PrivacyPrinciples regarding the collection, storage, and use of personal data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30days’ written notice. Managed service plans may be cancelled at the end of thecurrent billing period. Any unpaid invoices remain payable upon termination.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures inperformance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including naturaldisasters, power failures, or cyberattacks.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governedby the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to thejurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
